Our Committee

A lifelong resident of Venango County, Kluck is a teacher in the Oil City School District where he currently teaches 5th Grade at the Oil City Middle School.  He holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Clarion University and a master's in School Administration from Edinboro University. Kluck serves on the Venango Museum Board of Directors.

Smith is employed by the Venango  Chamber and owns and operates Zaccari Home Inspections.  She is a 2012 Franklin High School graduate and earned degrees from Clarion University and Tri-Angle Tech.  Ashley is a volunteer with the Franklin Fine Arts Council and serves as the silks coach for the Franklin High School marching

Nick graduated from Cranberry High School in 2017 and from Clarion University with a dual major in accounting and management with a minor in marketing in 2021. Nick is currently employed as a staff accountant at First United National Bank.

 AJ Howard was born and raised in Venus, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Clarion University in 2023. He currently works as a Graphic Designer for American Eagle Outfitters.

A former AFSCME employee, Ed continues to be an advocate for all workers.  Ed is a volunteer on the trails and loves his time outdoors.  Ed is Venango County's longest serving Committeeman and he may possibly hold that title in the state of Pennsylvania as well.
