Our Committee

 A lifelong resident of Venango County, Kluck is a retired educator from the Oil City Area School District, where he taught 5th grade at Oil City Middle School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Clarion University and a master’s degree in School Administration from Edinboro University. Kluck currently serves as the Mayor of Oil City and is the Vice President of the Venango Museum Board of Directors, continuing his long-standing commitment to community service and civic engagement. 

 Ashley Zaccari is employed by the Venango Chamber, where she serves as the Be Here Program Manager, focusing on promoting the region through the Be Here initiative and helping young professionals connect and grow through the FLEX young professionals group. She also owns and operates Zaccari Home Inspections. A 2012 graduate of Franklin High School, Zaccari earned degrees from Clarion University and Triangle Tech. She currently serves as the Second District Councilperson for the City of Franklin. In addition to her professional and civic roles, she volunteers with the Franklin Fine Arts Council and is the Director of Venango Pride, helping organize and promote inclusive community events in the region. 

 Nick graduated from Cranberry High School in 2017 and earned a degree from Clarion University in 2021, majoring in Accounting and Management with a minor in Marketing. He currently works as a staff accountant at First United National Bank. Nick also serves as a School Director on the Cranberry Area School District Board of Directors, continuing his commitment to serving the local community. 

 AJ Howard was born and raised in Venus, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Clarion University in 2023. He currently works as a Graphic Designer for American Eagle Outfitters.

 A former employee of AFSCME, Ed has long been a dedicated advocate for working people. He is an active volunteer on local trails and enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors. Ed is the longest-serving Democratic Committeeman in Venango County and is among the longest-serving committee people in the entire state of Pennsylvania.
